Hi! I'm Lindsay. Nice To Meet You

I specialize in working with teens and adults struggling with stress management, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, and depression. In my work with clients, we explore negative thinking and how it impacts mood and behavior, learn healthy coping skills to help regulate and tolerate tough emotions, heal past trauma, and build a strong sense of self that is empowered and capable of success.

I believe in connecting with clients and using techniques that match their needs while focusing on building a strong relationship. I am positive and supportive in my approach. It is important to give teens and adults a safe space to express themselves, while increasing awareness of their emotions and improving coping skills to help grow into their full potential. I encourage parent and family involvement when appropriate to aide in the treatment process.

My experience working with teens and young adults is extensive and spans over 15 years, previously working as a high school counselor and currently working as an outpatient therapist in a private practice setting.

WHEn I’m not working With Clients

My 2 kids keep me on my toes, exploring different playgrounds and using our imagination to play. On weekends, I love cheering my kids on at their sporting events. I love to exercise, read, travel, connect with friends, and laugh. The beach is my happy place. A cup of coffee and snuggling on the couch with my family is a perfect way for me to recharge.
